    REGIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE April 2021- Present Cassava Smartech-Econet Zimbabwe Responsibilities:  Extracts and formulates regional sales plan from the Sales Manager’s plan  Contributes to the demand forecast by analyzing regional demand patterns  Sets and agrees targets with each key account and coordinates activities of channel partners to attain set targets.  Track sales performance for each key account -daily, weekly and monthly in line with the regional target.  Carriy out regular trade channel visits to track sales performance and manage customer queries.  Analyse key account performance per quarter as input for business review document.  Assess product availability and ensure there are no stock-outs across the channels from Agent/Dealer to end user.  Scout potential channel partners to enhance distribution foot print.  Extract subscriber acquisition plan from the regional subscriber target.  Train channel partners on all new promotional offers both for consumer and channel.
